An Engineer with a Master's and Doctoral degree, she has nearly two decades of experience in senior leadership roles at multinational agribusiness and agroscience companies.

Throughout her career, she built a solid professional trajectory focused on developing people and teams in diverse, complex, and challenging environments, combining technical expertise, authentic leadership, and a balanced focus on people, processes, and results.

In 2025, she was recognized by Forbes as one of the 5 women in agroscience to know, for her leadership, strategic vision, and excellence in developing high-performance teams.

Currently, as an entrepreneur, she is dedicated to developing leaders around the world to reconnect with their essence, lead with authenticity, and generate positive and sustainable impact in their lives, careers, businesses, and society.
